Services · Scope defined around your need

We take care of the details behind your critical environment.

So your team can focus on the work that matters.

01

Primary service

Environmental monitoring systems

PLAN · INSTALL · CONFIGURE · MAINTAIN

Advanced, gap-free, real-time environmental monitoring for critical applications in life sciences, healthcare, logistics and industrial settings.

We monitor the parameters selected for your site, including temperature, humidity, differential pressure, liquid nitrogen levels, CO₂, O₂, oxygen depletion, airborne particles and other parameters you need.

Equipment purchase or monitoring as a service

Equipment purchase: We supply monitoring equipment with complete installation, configuration and staff training.

Monitoring as a service: A complete service for a monthly fee, covering the purchase of the selected monitoring system and its components, installation, staff training, preventive maintenance, calibration, sensor replacement, equipment exchange and fault resolution. Technical support is available 24/7/365 under agreed service terms and a service level agreement (SLA).

GxP and audit support

GxP and audit support: We help customers define monitoring system requirements, review audit-trail and records functions and prepare for audits. We can represent customers during audits by prior arrangement. Available functions depend on the selected platform, devices and configured services. Regulatory suitability depends on system selection, configuration, validation and customer SOPs.

Performance assessment

Qualification and validation within GxP regulations

URS · IQ · OQ · PQ

Equipment and spaces

  • Refrigerators and freezers
  • Incubators and cold rooms
  • Other equipment or manufacturing processes within GxP regulations

Project scope may include

  • Design, Installation, Operational and Performance Qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)
  • Temperature mapping and measurement data
  • Agreed protocols and a final report

Scope and documentation

We define the work around intended use and agreed requirements, then verify that the configured system meets them through documented, risk-based testing. Depending on the system and agreed scope, documentation may include a risk assessment, requirements-to-test traceability and IQ/OQ or performance qualification records. The final scope is aligned with your procedures and operational needs

URS, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ explained
PROJECT ROADMAP

URS · Roadmap before design or purchasing begins

Define intended use and critical requirements before design or purchasing begins, creating a clear baseline for the project.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

DQ · Verify the design

With vendor input, verify that the proposed design meets the URS and addresses process, product, quality and regulatory requirements before installation.

AFTER INSTALLATION

IQ · Verify installation

Check installation against approved drawings and manufacturer requirements. As applicable, verify components, services, supplier documents, maintenance needs, instrument calibration and construction materials.

FUNCTIONAL TESTING

OQ · Test operation

Test that functions work as designed and confirm defined operating limits, including upper, lower or worst-case conditions where required. OQ results can inform procedures, staff training and preventive maintenance needs. IQ/OQ may be combined for some equipment.

ROUTINE CONDITIONS

PQ · Verify performance

Final stage where system performance is verified under real-world working conditions to ensure consistency and reliability. Performance Qualification (PQ) should normally follow the successful completion of IQ and OQ. However, it may in some cases be appropriate to perform it in conjunction with OQ or Process Validation.
